5. Restore factory settings
Restoring the factory settings will clear all the pairing information of the headset. The following
two methods can be used:
1) Earphone method: Take out the earphone from the charging box, after the earphone is turned
off, press and hold the touch button for 8 seconds, the orange light of the earphone flashes twice
to show that the pairing information is cleared successfully
2) Charging box method: put the earphone in the charging box, open the top cover of the
charging box, and at the same time press and hold the button of the charging box for 8 seconds,
until the left and right lights of the charging compartment flash 10 times at the same time

2) When fully charged: the right light of the charging box is always on
