Always make sure that your device is on a solid, flat and heat-proof surface. Please note that this device, which cooks at up to 1,500 degrees F, can also have an elevated temperature on the outside walls.

Step 1: Assembling gas hose on valve 1) Take the hose provided in the package and bring it to the valve. 2) First rotate clockwise with your fingers on the valve until tight. 3) Use the wrench on the rear side of grill grate handle to fully tighten the hose on the valve. 4) Make sure you do not apply excessive force / pressure to valve, which could result in damage.
Step 2: Connect the regulator to the gas cylinder 1) Make sure gas cylinder valve is in its full off position (turn clockwise to stop). 2) Check gas cylinder valve to assure it has proper external male threads. 3) Make sure the Caveman grill knob is in off position. 4) Remove the protective cap from the gas cylinder valve, Always use cap and strap supplied with valve. 5) Inspect valve connection port and regulator assembly. Look for any damage or debris. Remove any debris. Inspect hose for damage.
Gas Connection Regulator and Hose Requirements: The regulator and hose used with your grill is CE approved, and complies with EN16129. Gas Cylinder Requirements: When using the gas grill, move the gas cylinder as far away as possible from the heat source, placing it to the side of the gas grill. The gas cylinder used shall not exceed 30lbs, with a maximum height including the regulator of 22.4-inches and a maximum diameter including the regulator of 12.2 inches.
Leakage Test Before testing: 1. Make sure that all packing material is removed from the grill. 2. Do not smoke while leak testing. 3. Never leak test with an open flame. 4. Make a soap solution with one part liquid detergent and one part water. Prepare a spray bottle, brush, or rag to apply the solution to the connections. For the initial leak test, make sure the cylinder is full. 5.
Use and function of the grill • This gas grill, like all gas appliances, requires a few minimum precautions. • Never light the equipment when there is a strong wind or place the equipment in a draft. To help avoid drafts, place the equipment near the shelter of a wall or partition to avoid back drafts. • Warning: Parts of the equipment may be hot, we recommend wearing protective gloves. • Use your grill on a flat surface. • Before you cook, always pre-heat the equipment for 10 minutes.
Use of the tray: 1. The tray is for cooking oil and fat. 2. The tray can be placed on the bottom rail and outside the chamber to catch drippings. 3. The tray should not be used on any other rail position besides the bottom rail because the air circulation in the grill chamber will be interrupted, this could cause the gas burner to shut off. How to use the grill grate and handle: 1. Use the grill grate handle to hold the grill grate and insert/remove onto the rail. 2.
