Assembly Instructions
Use and function of the grill
• This gas grill, like all gas appliances,
requires a few minimum precautions.
• Never light the equipment when there is a
strong wind or place the equipment in a draft.
To help avoid drafts, place the equipment near the
shelter of a wall or partition to avoid back drafts.
• Warning: Parts of the equipment may be hot, we
recommend wearing protective gloves.
• Use your grill on a flat surface.
• Before you cook, always pre-heat the equipment for 10
minutes. When you use it for the first time, p
re-heat for 20
minutes with dial open at the highest setting. This procedure
will stabilize the product finish and may give off an odor the first
time the grill is lit, this is normal.
• When changing the gas cylinder, check that you are far from any
source of flame, and test the airtightness of all gas connections again.
• While in operation, continuously check that the burner has not gone out.
• Never leave the grill unsupervised while it is in operation.
• Use gloves and/or tools with a long reach for cooking or handling hot elements.
• Accidental flames could arise while using the grill. Accumulated fat or meat
juices could set alight and char the food as well as causing excessive heat inside
the hearth.
• In order to limit possible flareups, remove as much fat as possible from the food
before cooking.
