Cannot hear a dial tone. - The base unit's AC adaptor or telephone line cord is not connected. If the working telephone does not operate properly, contact your service provider/telephone company. Handset does not ring - The ringer volume is turned off. Adjust the ringer volume.
Cannot operate the answering system remotely. - The remote access is deactivate, activate the remote access. - You are entering the wrong remote access code. - You must use a tone-dial phone. This phone does not support pulse (rotary) dialing. General Product Care__________________________________ To keep your unit working and looking good, follow these guidelines: • Avoid dropping the handset, as well as other rough treatment to the phone. • Clean the phone with a soft cloth.
