6. Place handset in the base or handset charge cradle. If you don’t charge
the handset battery properly (for 12 hours) when you first set up the phone
and/or when you install a new battery pack, the battery’s long-term
performance is compromised.
BATTERY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
 Do not burn, disassemble, mutilate, or puncture. Like other batteries of
this type, toxic materials could be released which can cause injury.
 To reduce the risk of fire or personal injury, use only the battery listed in
the User’s Guide.
 Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
 Remove batteries if storing over 30 days.
SERVICE
This product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of
one year from the original date of consumer purchase. This warranty is limited
to the repair or replacement of this product only and does not extend to
consequential or incidental damage to other products that may be used with
this unit. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. If
the unit should be defective with the warranty period, please call Customer
Service Department at 1-888-839-0834.
