Guarantee CDA appliance carry a five-year parts and one-year labour guarantee. CDA will repair or replace any defect or part attributable to faulty material or workmanship. Within the first year this will be free of both labour and parts charges. After the first year and within five years, the parts will be supplied free of charge provided that the repair is carried out by an agent authorised by CDA and the labour will be charged at the commercial rate applicable at the time of repair.
