conservebatterylifeorbeforeusingagain.
J. Error Messages
TheWT2incorporatesvisualdiagnosticmessages
asfollows:
1.LOindicatesthat:
a.theprobetemperatureislowerthan
32°F/0°C,
b.thesensorcableisdisconnected,or
c. theprobeismalfunctioning.
2.Iftheremoteisoutrangeordoesnot
synchronizewiththebasestationwithin3
minutes,theremotedisplays---intheright
portionofthedisplay.Wheninsynctheremote
displays)))intherightportionofthedisplay.
3.Shouldthedisplayappearincorrectly,pressthe
RESETbuttoninsidethebatterycompartments
inthebasestationtoreset.
Note:Cleanthethermometerprobebeforeeachuse.

HOT OVEN. IT IS NOT HEAT RESISTANT. DO NOT
ATTACH TO HOT BARBEQUE. DO NOT USE PROBE IN
MICROWAVE OVENS.

LIQUID. THE PROBE/SENSOR CABLE CONNECTION IS
NOT WATERPROOF.
Note on Induction Cooktops: Theinductioncooktop’s
magneticeldmayinterferewithdigitalthermometers.Ifthis
happens,brieyturnofftheinductioncooktoptogetadigital
thermometerreadingoruseadialthermometer.
Tip:Meatshouldbeallowedto“rest”for10to15minutesafter
itisremovedfromoven.Thisallowstimeforthemeat’sinternal
temperaturetostabilizeandthejuicestoredistribute.Thiswill
resultinaroastthatisbothjuicierandeasiertocarve.
