1. Determine the location behind the TV wehre you will be

installing the top plate and run the HDMI and Coax cable

through the cutout.

2. Run the HDMI and Coax cables through the exible

opening in the cable plate.

3. Screw down the screws with wings to fasten the cable

plate in place.

4. Top plate installation is complete.
