Canceling call barring 取消限制
The meaning of items under the Canceling menu is same as that described above.
You are required to input a code that comes with your subscription to canceling call barring.
After the correct code is input, you mobile phone will connect the network to deactivate the
function.
Checking status 状态查询
The meaning of items under the Checking Status menu is same as that described above.
Select the item of which the status you want to check, and you mobile phone will connect the
network to ask for status checking. The result will be displayed on the screen.
3.4.7.3 Changing code 修改密码
You can change the PIN code, the PIN2 code or the call barring code.
The procedure is as follows:
 Input the old code and confirm.
 Input the new code and confirm.
 Input the new code again and confirm. The result is displayed.
3.4.8 Network 网络设置
Your phone at standby displays the name of network currently used. For a network not
identified, the country code or the netcode is displayed.
Preferred networks 优选网络
The list of preferred networks is stored in your SIM card. The list indicates in which order your
phone will select a network.

Press the Enter key to enter the Preferred screen. Press the left softkey and the phone
will prompt "Preferred Network", which indicates that the network has been put in the top
of the list.
 Deleting a network from the list 删除网络
Highlight the network name you want to delete and proceed by pressing the left softkey.
 Adding an available network 添加可用网络
Upon confirmation, the phone starts searching for networks. The result of search is
displayed. Highlight the network you want to add to the preferred network list and confirm
by pressing the left softkey. This network will be automatically put at the end of the list of
preferred networks.
