You can make a second call by putting the current call
on hold:
1. During a call with Party A, you can enter Party's
B number using the keypad.
2. Press
 or press / 1RVKQPU , then select %CNN to
dial Party B's number. Party A will be put on hold
automatically.

When you have one active call and one call on hold,
you can press
/ 1RVKQPU , then select 5YKVEJ to switch
between the 2 calls.

During a call, press / 1RVKQPU and select 1P / 1HH
handsfree.
When the headset is plugged into the phone, you
cannot activate handsfree mode.

Press / #PUYGT or press  to answer a call.

Press / 4GLGEV or press  to reject a call.

If you have activated %CNNYCKVKPI , you will be alerted
when there is a second incoming call. You can:
1. Press
 to answer the second call. The current
call will be put on hold automatically.
2. Press
 to reject the second call and continue
with your current call.
3. When there is one active call and one call on
hold, you can press
/ 1RVKQPU to carry out the
following operations:
Option Description
7PJQNF Change the status of the call on hold to
active.
*QNF Change the status of the active call to
call on hold.
5YKVEJ Switch between the active call and call
on hold.
