HDA: REAR PANEL CONNECTIONS AND

Digital Input Select Button
Switch the digital input between AES/EBU (button out) and S/PDIF (button in).
Digital Inputs
The signals on these connectors should meet the IEC 60968 specication.
AES/EBU Input
The XLR 3-pin socket has an impedance of 110Ω. It has the following connections:

Pin 1: Screen
n
Pin 2: Signal +ve (hot)
n
Pin 3: Signal -ve (cold)
SPDIF Input
The SPDIF input has an impedance of 75Ω.
