DESCRIPTION
Formulated specifically for ceiling tiles, Ceilume Ceiling
Tile Adhesive gives you better adhesion, better
coverage, and confidence that you are using the right
product for the job!

• Meets ASTM C-557 and AFG-01
USE WITH: vinyl, PVC, mineral fiber/acoustic, wood
fiber, tin, and polystyrene ceiling tiles per the
manufacturer’s instructions. Not recommended for
styrofoam tiles.
ADHERES TO: sheetrock, wallboard, plywood, plaster,
cement, and mineral fiber/acoustic tiles. Primed or
painted surfaces preferred.
ADVICE
Always test your tile and install surface combo before
starting the complete project, and always follow the
manufacturer’s installation instructions for your specific
tiles.
DIRECTIONS
1. Make sure tiles and installation surface are clean
and free of anything that might prevent a good
bond.
2. Use your Ceilume Clean Cut tool to make the
perfect tip angle and opening for an efficient 1/8”
to 3/16” bead of adhesive.
3. Apply a perimeter and pattern-appropriate center
bead of adhesive to the tile.
4. Lightly press the tile to the ceiling, offset 1/4” from
the desired final position, then “slide it home”.
5. Press and rub firmly over glued areas.
CLEANUP
Tools and adhesive may be cleaned up with water while
the adhesive is still wet; dried material can be scraped
off.

FOR BEST RESULTS
• Store in temps between 40°F - 90°F
• Apply in temps between 50°F (and rising) - 90°F
• Additional bracing or mechanical fasteners can be
used for larger applications.
