CHAPTER 5. DEPLOYING CEL-FI QUATRA
Plan
To facilitate the installation process and the best performance at the site, it’s important to plan the
system design prior to any permanent installations.
Planning Step 1. Site Survey
Formal Site Surveys are not required for a QUATRA installation, but some form of site survey is
recommended for best results.
For QUATRA, best practices will identify and document the following items:

good/poor/critical
They know! And they have expectations to meet.
