Warranty
The sole obligation of Celestron under this limited warranty shall be to repair or replace the
covered product, in accordance with the terms set forth herein. Celestron expressly disclaims any
lost profits, general, special, indirect or consequential damages which may result from breach of
warranty, or arising out of the use or inability to use any Celestron product. Any warranties
which are implied and which cannot be disclaimed shall be limited in duration to a term of one
year from the date of original retail purchase.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may
not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.

return the binoculars or spotting scope prepaid to Celestron.
