6.1. servicing the RF Repeater
6.1.1. Back-up battery replacement
The back up battery is valid for about 10 years of normally use of the system.
Despite the above, it is recommended to replace back-up battery when opening the system for
maintenance activities.
6.2. Trouble Shooting
The following table detailed the common problems and recommended solutions.
Remark! In case of problems or dificulties, it is recommended to contact
“Celletra Technical Support”.
Error/Fault Check
System don’t start Verify proper installation and power connections.
Monitoring and control
problems
Check power to RS-232/485 adapter, verify comm port
definition on the BSM S/W.
Low/No Power Operate BSM S/W and check the following parameters:
Check DC power level in the BAU RAC and
FLEXBEAMER® using BSM S/W.
Check damage to coax cables in case of bad results in previous
check.
Verify system setup parameters.
Check In/Out power parameters using BSM S/W.
Replace faulty unit in case of “good input” and “bad output”
In case of unit replacement start system setup from the
beginning.
