UNPACKING
When unpacking, check to make sure
that the item is intact and undamaged. If
any parts are missing or broken, please
call Harbor Freight Tools at the number
on the cover of this manual as soon as
possible.
Assembly
Place the Battery Charger/Starter on 1.

Use two Screws (10) to install the 2.
Mounting Foot (5) to the front bottom
of the Charger/Starter. See Figure 2,
below.
Slide the Wheels (3) onto the ends of 3.
the Axle (4) and slide an Axle Cap (6)
onto each wheel. If necessary, tap on
the Axle Caps with a rubber mallet.
NOTE: Verify the Hub of each Wheel
is facing in. See Figure 1, above.
Set the Axle along the bottom of the 4.
Charger/Starter and Align the Axle

Once aligned, fasten the Wheel Axle
into place. See Figure 1, above.
Stand up the Charger/Starter.5.
Remove the two top screws on each 6.
