Minimum order
There is no minimum order.
Training
Technical training on all our equipment is available
either at our location in Vermont, or at your facility.
When you order your machine, quotes and
arrangements can be made for training.
Terms
Net 30 days for companies with approved credit. All other orders
must be accompanied by Visa / MasterCard / American Express
payment, or direct wire transfer of funds until open credit has
been established.
Freight
All shipment costs are paid by the customer from Vermont,
including freight charges and hazardous materials charges, if
applicable. Actual shipping costs are billed. Customers may also
provide Account Numbers for shipping via a selected carrier.
Returns
All returns require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
number. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and
must be made within a 30 day period. Special or custom
orders are not returnable.
