Rugged Tote Lifetime Warranty
The limited lifetime warranty provided on Centrex Plastics, LLC manufactured products,
applies only to the following listed products:
10 Gallon Rugged Totes
14 Gallon Rugged Totes
18 Gallon Rugged Totes
31 Gallon Rugged Totes
The limited lifetime warranty applies to the above products which are intended for
normal use in households and office storage applications. It does not apply to
industrial, commercial or chemical storage applications. Failure of the product due to
defects in materials or workmanship under the normal uses defined above, are covered
under the limited lifetime warranty.
To honor a warranty claim on a covered product, proof of purchase (purchase receipt or
paid invoice) should be retained as it may be required. On claims which are covered
under the warranty a replacement unit or a replacement certificate will be provided. A
shipping charge may apply on the direct replacement of any unit.

Include a description of the reason for the warranty claim, a picture of the damaged
product and a copy of the sales receipt. The damaged unit should be retained until the
warranty claim is processed, as an inspection of the unit may be required.
