How does the system work out my predicted cost? The prediction is based on the amount of electricity you have used so far this month and how much you have tended to use in the past. So where it gives you a daily prediction, that is based on what you’ve spent on the same day of the week in previous weeks and months. Why has my predicted cost changed?

Therefore, your predictions will adjust to match this. The predicted cost / actual usage does not match my electricity bill, why is this? The cost prediction gives a good indication of your energy usage to help you track your progress in reducing your energy co nsumption and your bills.
