MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is required for your shotgun after use or in
storage to prolong the service life of the gun.
After use, first swab the bores with an oil patch or brush
attached to the cleaning rod to remove powder residue
and other dirt. Coat the bores lightly with oil and solvent.
The cleaning rod and brush are shown in Fig 4.
Do not oil the buttstock and forend. The wood may
become deteriorated and deformed. Select the oil in
accordance with the surrounding temperature.
