Any output alarm may be defined as any one of the following:
 Major  Minor
 Loopback  Power
 IDU  ODU
 Cable  Remote
 Signal Degrade  Line
 External
The default alarm output settings are:
Relay 1: On-Line (Power)
Relay 2: IDU
Relay 3: ODU
Relay 4: CBL (Cable)
Relay 5: RMT (Remote)
These relays may be connected to customer-specific applications. Refer to
Appendix B for details on the alarm connector pin assignments.
IDU Temperature and Alarms
The temperature scale shows the temperature of the IDU unit ranging from
blue (cold) to red (hot).
The color of the
icon indicates the severity of the most severe alarm
currently triggered (if any). Click on the icon to view the current alarm list.
4. Click Apply to store current window settings.
5. Click Cancel.
The ODU Configuration window is closed.
