Dříve než začnete zacházet se zbraní, seznamte se s tímto návodem a zvláště s následujícími bezpečnostními pokyny. Nesprávné a nedbalé zacházení se zbraní může způsobit neúmyslný výstřel, který může mít za následek zranění, smrt nebo škodu na majetku. Stejné následky mohou mít svévolné úpravy, koroze nebo používání nepředepsaných nebo poškozených nábojů. V těchto případech nemůže výrobce nést za vzniklé následky odpovědnost.

NÁZVOSLOVÍ A POPIS Kulová kozlice BRNO EXPRESS je dlouhá zbraň se dvěmi hlavněmi nad sebou, určená k lovecké střelbě, odpovídající ustanovením CIP. Spodní i horní hlaveň mají stejnou ráži. Konstrukce uložení kulových hlavní zaručuje neměnnost polohy zásahu vlivem jejich ohřevu. Nastřelení zbraně a sestřelení hlavní Konstrukce termostabilního hlavňového svazku s plovoucí spodní hlavní umožňuje opakovanou střelbu bez takzvaného stoupání zásahu, jako je tomu u klasické konstrukce. Hlavně jsou z výroby sestřeleny a nastřeleny přes mechanická mířidla na vzdálenost 50 metrů. Nástřelný list se čtyřmi po sobě jdoucími zásahy (dva z každé hlavně) s uvedením střeliva je přiložený ke zbrani. Dále popsané možné individuální úpravy doporučujeme svěřit odborné dílně.

Pouzdro zbraně uchopíme jednou rukou a hlavně druhou. Tlakem na kličku odemčeme závěr. Hlavně otáčíme kolem čepu. Při otočení cca 45° hlavně z čepu vysuneme (obr. 6). Skládání zbraně Při nataženém bicím mechanismu Pokud z lůžka nevyčnívají úderníky, je bicí mechanismus natažený.
Životnost zbraně prodloužíme včasným a důkladným čistěním. Kozlici udržujeme v suchu, aby se střídavým opocením neznehodnotila impregnace dřeva a kovové součásti nekorodovaly. Nestřílíme-li ze zbraně, kontrolujeme jednou měsíčně stav zbraně a v případě nutnosti obnovíme konzervaci. Nepoužíváme-li kozlici spustíme bicí mechanismus pomocí k tomu uzpůsobených nábojů. Doporučujeme namazat kluzné plochy vytahovače a předpažbí zbrojní vazelínou. Nedoporučuje se čistit zbraň kovovými kartáčky.

DESCRIPTION AND TERMINOLOGY Designed for hunting purposes, the BRNO EXPRESS over/under rifle is a long rifle with two barrels, one above the other, that corresponds to the CIP regulations. The lower and the upper barrels both have the same calibre. The design of the rifled barrels guarantees their unchanged position of the point of impact due to their heating.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Observe Following Principles when Shooting the Firearm - before you start shooting, you must clean the firearm's external surfaces followed by barrel bores including both chambers and finally wiping all surfaces dry use only good quality, uncorroded cartridges.
Setting the sights Due to changes in the ballistic characteristics using any ammunition other than that for which the firearm was set from the factory can cause the shifting of the point of impact in relation to the point of aim. In general: The point of impact is located below the point of aim - meaning that you should lower the front sight. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS Firearm Disassembly Lift the fore-end latch (Fig. 4) while pushing the fore-end slightly towards the barrel. Remove the fore-end away from the barrels (Fig. 5). Hold the receiver with one hand and the barrels with the other hand. Unlock the breech mechanism by pressing the top lever. Rotate the barrels around the hinge pin by approximately 45° in order to slide the barrels out of the hinge pin (Fig. 6).
Cleaning the Firearm When cleaning and preserving the firearm use only agents designed for this purpose. The barrels must always be cleaned starting from the chamber towards the muzzle by means of a cleaning rod with soft surface. Clean the bore and the chamber immediately after shooting. Clean the surface of the firearm dry and apply a thin layer of preserving oil. Preserve the stock and the fore-end with a special wood-protecting agent. Timely and proper cleaning extends the firearm's service life.

Verificación de la precisión del arma mediante la convergencia de los cañones El diseño del conjunto de cañones termoestable con un cañón inferior flotante permite un disparo repetido sin que suba el impacto, como ocurre en caso del diseño clásico. La convergencia de los cañones se ajusta en la fábrica a través de miras mecánicas a una distancia de 50 metros. El blanco de control con cuatro impactos sucesivos (dos de cada cañón) con la especificación de la munición se adjunta al arma.
INSTRUCCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO Desmontaje del arma Levante el trinquete de la parte delantera de la culata (Fig. 4) y al mismo tiempo empuje la parte delantera de la culata hacia al cañón. Retire la parte delantera de la culata fuera de los cañones (Fig. 5). Agarre la funda del arma con una mano y los cañones con la otra mano. Empuje la manija para abrir el cerrojo. Gire los cañones alrededor del pivote por unos 45° para sacarlos del pivote (Fig. 6).
Limpieza del arma Para limpiar y conservar el arma siempre utilice únicamente agentes diseñados a este propósito. Hay que limpiar los cañones empezando desde la recámara con el ayudo de un suave palo de limpieza. Hay que limpiar el ánima y la recámara inmediatamente después de tirar. Seque la superficie del arma y aplique una capa fina del agente de conservación. La culata y su parte delantera se conservan con un agente especial diseñado para la madera.

TERMINOLOGIE UND BESCHREIBUNG Die Bockbüchsflinte BRNO EXPRESS ist eine Langwaffe mit zwei Läufen übereinander und ist für das Jagdschießen bestimmt. Sie entspricht den CIP-Bestimmungen. ANWENDUNGSHINWEISE Einige Grundsätze beim Schießen - vor Beginn des Schießens sind die Oberfläche der Waffe sowie die Laufbohrung einschließlich der Patronenlager zu reinigen und zu trocknen; zum Schießen sind nur hochwertige und nicht verrostete Patronen zu verwenden; Patronen, die auf den Boden heruntergefallen sind, sind ohne gründliche Reinigung nicht zu verwenden; beim Schießen ist geeigneter Gehörschutz zu verwenden, Augen sind mit Brille zu schützen; es wird nicht empfohlen, aus verölter Waffe zu sc
Einschuss der Waffe und abgestimmter Einschuss der Läufe Die Konstruktion des wärmebeständigen Laufbündels mit schwimmendem unterem Kugellauf ermöglicht wiederholtes Abfeuern ohne sog. Treffersteigung, wie es bei der klassischen Konstruktion der Fall ist. Die Läufe sind aus der Produktion über mechanische Visiervorrichtung auf 50-MeterEntfernung eingeschossen. Der Waffe ist ein Trefferbild mit vier aufeinanderfolgenden Treffern (zwei aus jedem Lauf) unter Angabe der Munition beigelegt.
WARTUNGSHINWEISE Zerlegen der Waffe Bei der zusammengebauten Waffe den Riegel des Vorderschaftes (Abb. 4) bei gleichzeitigem leichtem Andrücken des Vorderschaftes an den Lauf aufklappen. Den Vorderschaft von Läufen abnehmen (Abb. 5). Das Gehäuse der Waffe mit rechter und den Lauf mit linker Hand anfassen. Den Verschluss durch Druck auf die Kurbel entriegeln. Die Läufe um den Scharnierstift drehen. Nach Drehung um ca. 45° die Läufe aus dem Scharnierstift hinausschieben (Abb. 6).
Reinigen der Waffe Zur Waffenreinigung sowie -Konservierung nur dazu bestimmte Mittel verwenden. Der Lauf ist grundsätzlich von der Patronenkammer her mittels eines Wischers mit weicher Oberfläche zu reinigen. Die Laufbohrung und die Patronenkammer sofort nach Beendigung des Schießens reinigen. Die Oberfläche der Waffe abwischen und abtrocknen und leicht ölen. Den Schaft sowie Vorderschaft mit speziellem Holzmittel pflegen.

Préchargement de l’arme et réglage des tirs parallèles des canons Le fait que la construction du faisceau de canon est thermiquement stable, avec un canon inférieur flottant, permet de réaliser un tir répété sans qu’apparaisse aucune élévation de l’impact, phénomène qui est souvent rencontré dans le cas d’une construction classique. Les canons ont été testés en usine à une distance de 50 m, avec des éléments de visées mécaniques.
INSTRUCTION DE L‘ENTRETIEN Démontage de l’arme Soulevez la gâche du devant (figure 4) sur une arme basculée et en même temps, poussez le devant légèrement vers le canon. Enlevez le devant des canons (figure 5). Prenez la boîte de l’arme par une main et des canons par l’autre. Ouvrez la culasse en poussant sur le levier. Tournez les canons autour du pivot. En tournant les canons à 45° du pivot, il est possible les sortir (figure 6).
Nettoyage de l’arme Pour nettoyage et conservation de l’arme, il faut utiliser exclusivement de produits prévus pour ces buts. Le canon doit être impérativement nettoyé à partir de la chambre à l’aide d’un écouvillon doux. L’âme du canon et la chambre sont à nettoyer immédiatement après la fin du tir. La surface de l’arme est à nettoyer à sec et ensuit à traiter par un agent conservateur. Le devant et la crosse doivent être traités par un produit spécial destiné au bois.
