is the volume decrease; there are 5-step volume levels; when
tuned to the maximum or minimum sound level would have a
warning beep.
3.2 pickup and hang-up
Base unit：on-hook status, press line or speaker key to pick up with speaker; again，after the
talking, press line or speaker key again to hung-up.
Handset：Press “ON/OFF” key in the handset faceplate to pickup or hung-up.
3.3 hold
Base unit：under off-hook status, press hold key, the phone enter into holding status, at the
same time the line light quickly flashing, press hold or speaker key to resume the
talking .
Handset：under off-hook status, press hold key, the phone enter into holding status, at the
same time the on/off light flashing, press hold key again to resume the talking ;
when the handset is holding, place handset into plane, then take up the handset,
the phone auto retrieve holding, resume talking.
3.4 Mute
After talking, press “Mute” key, the terminal sending is closed, at the same time Mute light is
lighten; press “Mute” key again, resume talking.
3.5 Redial
After picking up, press “Redial” key, the phone will dial out the last number, the maximum
dial is 24 bits; after half an hour, the redial number would automatically remove. If this dial is the
first or not dial for a long time, after press “redial” key, the phone will give a warning prompt.
3.6 Message
The phone message switch is set to type status, the base outside power voltage is more than
60v, the message light will be lighten; the base outside power voltage is more than 15v, the
message light will be flashing once when the outside voltage reversal once.
3.7 Page
3.7.1 Call the handset
Under on-hook status, press ”page” key to call the handset, and then the line light flash
slowly; if some handsets is online, they will ringer, at the same time the handset’s message and
on/off indicator light flash. Press”page” key again or any key in the handset or place the handset
into the plane, the base unit will auto exit from the calling handset mode.
