identifierintheformatUS:AAAEQ##TXXXX.Ifrequested,thisnumbermustbeprovidedtothe
telephonecompany.
Aplugandjackusedtoconnectthisequipmenttothepremiseswiringandtelephonenetwork
mustcomplywiththeapplicableFCCPart68rulesandrequirementsadoptedbytheACTA.A
complianttelephonecordandmodularplugisprovidedwiththisproduct.Itisdesignedtobe
connectedtoacompatiblemodularjackthatisalsocompliant.Seeinstallationinstructionsfor

Ifthisequipment[US:2N3TE20BM200B10]causesharmtothetelephonenetwork,thetelephone
companywillnotifyyouinadvancethattemporarydiscontinuanceofservicemayberequired.But
ifadvancenoticeisn'tpractical,thetelephonecompanywillnotifythecustomerassoonas
possible.Also,youwillbeadvisedofyourrighttofileacomplaintwiththeFCCifyoubelieveitis
necessary.
Thetelephonecompanymaymakechangesinitsfacilities,equipment,operationsorprocedures
thatcouldaffecttheoperationoftheequipment.Ifthishappensthetelephonecompanywill
provideadvancenoticeinorderforyoutomakenecessarymodificationstomaintain
uninterruptedservice.
