To avoid SERIOUS personal INJURY or DEATH:
Disconnect electric power BEFORE performing ANY
adjustments or maintenance.
ALL maintenance MUST be performed by a trained door
systems technician.
OPERATOR CYCLE/SERVICE CYCLE FEATURE
The system is equipped with a cycle counter to show how many cycles have been performed and number of months in service since
installation. If the controller is replaced, all settings will reset to 0.
To view absolute cycles and current maintenance cycles see the menu for information.
Use SAE 30 Oil (Never use grease or silicone spray).
Do not lubricate motor. Motor bearings are rated for
continuous operation.
Inspect and service whenever a malfunction is observed or
suspected

Check for excessive slack.
Check and adjust as required.
Lubricate.

Check for wear and lubricate.
Solenoid Brake
Inspect brake pad
