Diagnostic Chart
Your garage door opener is programmed with self-diagnosticcapabilities. The UP and DOWNarrows on the garage door opener flash the diagnostic codes.

The garage door opener will not close and the light bulbs flash. Safety sensorsare notinstalled, connected, or wires maybe cut. Inspect sensor wires for a
disconnected or cutwire.

The garage door opener will not close and the light bulbs flash. There isa short or reversed wire for the safetysensors. Inspect safety sensor wire at all staple and
connection points,replace wire or correctas needed.

The door control will not function. The wires for the door control are shorted or the door control is faulty.Inspect door control wires atall
staple and connection points,replace wire or correctasneeded.

The garage door opener will not close and the light bulbs flash. Safety sensorsare misaligned or were momentarily obstructed. Realign both sensors to ensure both
LEDs are steady and notflickering.Make sure nothing is hanging or mounted on the door that would
interruptthe sensor’s path while closing.

Door moves6-8" stopsor reverses. Manuallyopen and close the door. Checkfor binding or obstructions, such as a broken spring or door
lock, correctas needed. Checkwiring connections attravel module and at the logicboard. Replace
travel module if necessary.

The battery statusLEDis constantly flashing green. Battery backup charging circuiterror, replace the logic board.
