Having Trouble Connecting the Smart Garage
TM
Hub to Your Network?
If you are unable to connect the Smart Garage Hub to your network, erase the Wi-Fi
®
settings and try again. If you
are still unable to connect, reset the Smart Garage Hub to factory default and try again.
Erase Wi-Fi settings
Erasing the Wi-Fi settings allows you to reset the Wi-Fi settings on the Smart Garage Hub.
1. The Green LED on the Smart Garage Hub MUST be on or blinking to erase the Wi-Fi settings.
2. Press and hold the settings button (gear) on the Smart Garage Hub until the blue LED blinks. The Wi-Fi is ready
to be setup.
Factory Default
Setting the Smart Garage Hub back to factory default erases the Wi-Fi settings, door sensors, removes the device
from the MyQ account, and erases any remotes or keyless entries that have been programmed to it.
1. Press and hold the settings button (gear) on the Smart Garage Hub until the blue LED blinks then release.
2. While the blue LED on the Smart Garage Hub is blinking, press and hold the settings button (gear) again until
the blue LED pauses, then blinks or beeps. The Smart Garage Hub is set to factory default.
NOTE: If lights on hub are blinking blue and green, you will need to unplug the router to erase the Wi-Fi settings or
set to factory default.
