Quickstart Label Symbols
Some of the following symbols may be used on this product. Please study them and learn their meaning. Proper interpretation of these
symbols will allow you to more safely operate the product.
Starting the Engine
DANGER
Move generator outside and far away from windows,
doors and intake ventilation covers.
1. Check oil level.
Recommended oil is 10W-30.
2. Add fuel. Check gasoline level. When adding gasoline, use a
minimum octane rating of 87 and an ethanol content of 10%
or less by volume.
3. Turn the fuel vent lever to the “ON” position.
4. Move the dial to the “CHOKE” position.
5. Pull the recoil cord.
6. Turn fuel selector dial to gasoline icon for gasoline “RUN”.
7. Plug in desired device.
Stopping the Engine
1. Turn off and unplug all connected electrical loads.
2. Turn the fuel vent lever to the “OFF” position.
3. Turn the dial to the “STOP” position.
