Quick Start Label Symbols
Some of the following symbols may be used on this product. Please study them and learn their meaning. Proper interpretation of these
symbols will allow you to more safely operate the product.
Starting the Engine - Electric Start
 DANGER
Move generator outside and far away from windows,
doors and intake ventilation covers.
1. Check oil level.
Recommended oil is 5W-30.
2. Check gasoline level.
When adding gasoline, use a minimum octane rating of 87
and an ethanol content of 10% or less by volume.
3. Turn the fuel select dial to “GASOLINE ON” position.
4. Pull choke knob out to “CHOKE” position.
5. Press ignition switch to the “START” position.
6. Push choke knob in to “RUN” position.
7. Plug in desired device.
Stopping the Engine
1. Turn off and unplug all connected electrical loads.
2. Turn the fuel select dial to the “ENGINE OFF” position.
