Length of Warranty: From the date of purchase, as found on your receipt, Power Plus Products Ltd.
warrants the original purchaser that this product shall be free from defect in material and workmanship
for one year if used for personal use and agrees to repair or replace (based on Power Plus Products Ltd.
discretion) any defective product.
What this Warranty Covers: Any part of this product that is manufactured or supplied by Power Plus
Products Ltd. that is determined to be defective by the reasonable judgment of a Power Plus Products
Ltd. service center or store personnel will be repaired or replaced for parts and labor if it is within the
warranty period. The expense of delivering and returning the product will be paid by the owner. The
option to repair or replace the product is solely at the discretion of Power Plus Products Ltd.. Power Plus
Products Ltd. will also decide upon the use of new or rebuilt parts or comparable product. Any part or
product that is replaced will be retained by Power Plus Products Ltd..
What this Warranty Does Not Cover: Power Plus Products Ltd. may deny you coverage if your product
has failed due to abuse, misuse, neglect, freezing, accident, using incorrect fuels or lubricants,
contaminated water supply, use of chemicals or detergents not approved or recommended by Power
Plus Products Ltd., natural disasters, improper maintenance, must be filed with freighter), or has been
operated in any way contrary to the instructions found in the products owner’s manual. In addition, this
warranty does under normal use, the original equipment is defective in material Any product that is sold

LIMITED NON-ENGINE WARRANTY 33 not cover normal or workmanship Where Warranty is Valid: For
warranty coverage, this product must be purchased from an authorized Power Plus Products Ltd. dealer
and the warranty only extends to the original purchaser in the United State, Canada, or Mexico.
Refurbished used, purchased from on-line auction websites such as ebay are not covered under this
warranty. Products used for commercial use are not covered under this warranty. How to Obtain
Warranty Service: Take the original receipt and product to the place of purchase or mail the original
receipt and product to the address found on the web site if purchased on-line. You can also locate your
nearest Power Plus Products Ltd. dealer for service or warranty questions by calling toll free at 1-877-
775-8771. Power Plus Products Ltd. recommends you retain all of your receipts covering the purchase
and maintenance of your pressure washer, but will not deny you warranty coverage as long as proof of
purchase or service can be obtained.
