Troubleshooting: 
Using the Reset button on the Indoor unit (receiver): 
In some unusual occasions, the Indoor unit may be affected by electrical interference and respond 
abnormally. In such conditions, press the RESET button on the Indoor Display unit to resume 
normal operation. “RESETING” The Display unit should give you the indoor immediately and the 
outdoor temperature within 1 minute. 
Using the Reset button on the remote sensor (sender) In some unusual occasions, the remote sensor 
may be affected by electrical interference and respond abnormally. In such conditions, press the 
RESET button (located inside the battery compartment) on the remote sensor to resume normal 
operation. 
If you press the RESET button on the remote sensor, you MUST press the RESET button on the 
Indoor Display unit (receiver) as well.   
If or when the Indoor unit display “- - -“continuously in the outdoor window, it maybe that the 
remote sensor is out of range or the batteries low. Please put the Remote sensor (sender) close to 
the Indoor unit (receiver) or replace the fresh batteries.   
Note: 
If the Remote Sensor “RESET” button is pressed, or new batteries are installed in the Remote 
Sensor, you MUST press the Reset button on the Indoor Display unit (receiver).
