warrants to the owner, this product to be free from defect in material and
workmanship for one year from date of purchase.
CHANEY INSTRUMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT. Chaney Instrument’s
obligation (at its option) is limited to repair or replace this product.
