 VCC5A: +5V power supply software can turn off

 V1_8V1:UOC digital part constant supply power supply
 V1_8V2:UOC digital part power supply can be turned off
 V2_5M:MST518 digital core supply power supply
 V3_3M:MST518 supply power supply
