Duo-Sat Amplifier
Duo-Sat amplifiers have
inputs for two dual LNBs and off air antenna. The
SBK5500NF is a system amplifier with -10dB gain
adjust for both LNB inputs. The system amplifier
provides system power to operate downstream
post-stage amplifiers. Duo-sat amplifiers maintain
the signal integrity throughout the entire system.

Satellite IF

satellite systems
these amplifiers
maintain signal integrity throughout a large system.
SBK3203NF provides power to the system and
acts as a launch amplifier and combines the local
antenna signal with the satellite IF. Post stage
amplifiers NVF220SR (dual amplifier) and NVF110F
(single amplifier) are powered over the coax cable and
operate in the 47~862MHz and 950~2200MHz
frequency bands. The SVF128F operates in the
950~2200MHz band and offers -10dB adjustable
gain. NVS126F operates in the 47~862 and
950~2200MHz bands and offers individual
-10dB gain adjustment for both bands.

Multi-Switch
The TSMS-2150 is a
satellite multi-switch
used in all applications
that require satellite I.F.
distribution from
950~2150MHz.
Intended for consumer use, it will allow the
residential user to take two LNB inputs plus an RF
input (40~860MHz) and provide four outputs. The
TSMS-2150 will route any of the inputs to any of the
outputs by utilizing the 14V/18V switching control
from the satellite receivers. To compensate for
insertion loss, it utilizes a built–in amplifier.

Satellite Multi-Switch

Multi-switches are used to provide satellite signals of
either RHCP or LHCP polarization from one dish at
four or eight locations. In addition, when required,
they provide terrestrial VHF/UHF signals diplexed
on the same coaxial cable. At the customer outlet, the
satellite signals are separated from the VHF/UHF
signals with a diplexer such as model 4001IFD.
Model 6214IFD and Model 6228IFD combine
VHF/UHF (54~806MHz) signals with satellite IF
signals on one cable to provide up to eight
independently switchable wideband outputs.
Passive VHF/UHF processing allows complete
flexibility for VHF/UHF amplification. Models
6314IFD and 6328IFD amplify VHF/UHF
(54~806MHz) signals and combine them with
satellite IF signals on one cable to provide up to
eight independently switchable wideband outputs.
They should be used when all desired VHF/UHF
terrestrial TV signals can be received at comparable
levels from a stationary antenna or antenna system.

Satellite Signal Level Meters
The 1004IFD, 1007IFD and 1008IFD are intended to
aid in the alignment of a satellite dish. They include
satellite IF (950~2150MHz) amplification and a
broadband detector. The detector drives a meter and a
variable frequency audio tone. The dish is then aligned
for maximum meter deflection or highest pitch tone. A
gain control allows a wide range of input signal levels.
The units are connected to the LNB via a short coaxial
cable. The 1004IFD output must be connected to the
satellite receiver in order to supply power. The units
operate from 11~24VDC on the coaxial cable.
Connection to the receiver is optional with the
1007IFD and 1008IFD but extends battery life
between charges. All models allow measurement
of voltage on the coaxial cable. The 1007IFD and
1008IFD will also measure LNB current. The
1007IFD and 1008IFD includes an internal
rechargeable battery pack, carrying strap and a
wall plug recharging unit. The internal battery pack
allows a dish to be aligned before it is connected to
the satellite receiver. The battery pack is switchable
between 13 and 18V output, allowing either
polarization to be selected when used with a voltage
switched LNB. In US DBS applications, LHCP is
selected when the LNB voltage is nominally 17V.
