Point–To–Point S-Video Distribution System
ChannelPlus now offers video and audio distribution
with full IR control over CAT 5 with the new SVC-10.
The SVC-10 can send S–video or composite video
with either digital or analog audio to any room up
to 1000' away. The new SVC-10 is designed for CAT
5 or 5E structured wire installations. The SVC-10 is
compatible with both NTSC and PAL video standards.
The two–piece SVC-10 system consist of a rack
mountable transmitter with inputs for S-video,
composite video, digital and analog audio along
with an IR emitter jack and RJ-45 output connector.
Each input has auto termination loop–through for
connecting a local video/audio system. The miniature
in–room receiver has one RJ-45 input and one each
S-video, composite video, digital and analog audio
outputs along with a 12 volt IR target input jack.
Features include: Auto termination loop through,
19" rack mountable (one space) and automatic
optical to coax digital audio conversion.

headroom available in

Traditional panels are
not designed to handle the
radical variations in signal
strengths that have come
about with HDTV. New
technologies such as HDTV
create special problems for
current video distribution
panels. The DA-550s can
handle an extremely wide
range of input signals from
today’s NTSC and tomorrow’s digital TV. With
outputs to eight televisions, coax runs up to 150',
three inputs, one from a CATV or antenna and
two from modulators, the DA-550 is the heart of a
multi-room distribution system. The DA-550BID
offers a 5~42MHz return path for bi-directional
communication for use with cable modems and
pay-per-view applications. The DA-550HHR is used
with high performance antenna applications for off air
digital and NTSC signals. Additional features: IR

Whole House Infrared

Control any infrared controllable
video or audio product from any TV
location in the house. The infrared
codes are picked up by a target and
transmitted through the homes coax
cable and instantly repeated by each
repeater/emitter. A 2100A interface
is used at any location a target or
emitter is used and the 2100 Series
has numerous emitters and target
configurations. All components are powered
centrally from the coaxial cable panel, there
is no need for any additional power or wires.

All–In–Two Multi–Room RF Distribution Kit
The All–In–Two Multi–Room RF distribution kit
includes all of the components needed to distribute
broadband RF, four locally generated signals to eight
TVs and IR remote control to three rooms in a
house. The kits include: 4 channel RF modulator
(5545), 3–input/8–output RF distribution panel
(DA-8200HHR or DA-8200BID), three rooms of IR
interface, expandable to eight rooms (2133) and IR
control of two video devices (two 2172).

Accepts A/V signals from video
sources like satellite, VCR and laser
disk and modulates to a user selected
channel for viewing throughout the house on an
unused UHF channel or cable TV VHF channel.
Each model accepts, amplifies, and distributes
broadband CATV or off air antenna to all TVs. The
#3025 allows IR control of video products from any
TV location using optional repeaters. Model #3025
has two A/V inputs and five outputs. Model #3015
has one A/V input and four outputs.

The DA-8200
series provides
outputs to eight
televisions, three
inputs from an
off–air antenna or CATV and two modulator
locations. The compact design feature ensures a
quick installation for surface mount application
or in a structured wire enclosure like the 2619. The
DA-8200 series may be remotely powered from up
to 75' away by using a remote wall plate model
2010 or any 5500 series or SVM series modulator.
The DA-8200 series offers optional IR control
of connected video sources and whole house IR
integration with a 5V IR engine. The easy to
use 2133 target connects directly to the coax run
of any room and allows IR signals to be routed to
either a 2010 wall plate, 5500 series or SVM series
modulator. The DA-8200BID offers a 5~42MHz
return path for bi–directional communication for
use with digital cable interactive set–top boxes.
The DA-8200HHR is used with high performance
antenna applications for off–air digital and
NTSC signals.
