DA-506BID
The DA-506BID distribution
panel creates an ideal entry
level product for broadband
distribution. Encased in an
extruded aluminum shell, the DA-506BID meets the
needs of small distribution systems which do not
require IR control or modulator inputs. The
DA-506BID has one input for CATV or off–air
antenna and six outputs. Four outputs are for
up to 75' and two are for 150'. Additionally, the
DA-506BID has bi–directional capabilities using a
5~42MHz return path on the CATV input allowing
for compatibility with cable modem and interactive

Notch Filter
The NF64-70 notch
filter is designed to
eliminate television
channels 64 through 70 thus allowing a clean section
of the cable to insert locally generated signals. The

Low Pass Filters
A ChannelPlus low pass
filter is used on systems
when the broadband feed is supplied by a CATV
service. The filter removes all CATV channels
above the pass band, allowing insertion of locally
generated channels. In addition, the filters remove
cable system noise which degrades the picture
quality of the locally generated channels.

Tilt Compensator
Coaxial cable attenuates
high frequencies more
than low frequencies.
This problem is most
severe when cascading amplifiers one after another.
The signal differences are amplified to a point where
the higher frequency signals are so small compared
to the low frequency signals that they can no longer
be received. The TC-200 creates an attenuation loss
equal and opposite to cable loss. Provides a balanced
signal level by compensating for the high frequency
attenuation and allowing all signal levels on all
channels to be of equal amplitude at distant
locations, maintaining the picture quality on
higher channels.

Distribution Amplifier
The TA-52 is a 52dB gain UHF/VHF/FM broadband
distribution amplifier designed to function as a
reliable, key component in medium and large MATV
systems. Signal control is provided through front
panel design. UHF/VHF input may be combined or
separated by use of a single throw switch. Low band
VHF, high band VHF and UHF frequencies have
separate gain controls and switchable 10dB input
