Satellite Line
Amplifiers
The 5113IFD is a general purpose, low cost satellite
IF (950~2050MHz) line amplifier with 14dB gain
at 1450MHz and appropriate gain between 950 and
2050MHz to give cable slope compensation. Typical
applications include: Long runs of coaxial cable
(greater than 100') from satellite receiver to LNB,
satellite IF distribution system where signal levels
may have become marginal towards the end of the
system, splitting a signal many ways which might
cause excessive splitting loss. Model 5213IFD is
similar, but includes two amplifiers in one housing.
This is for dual cable, dual polarization systems.
