Preset Commands
The SVS-88 allows 16 presets, which you can use for doing a routing configuration
with a single command. The following section describes how these presets are
built and stored in the SVS-88. Each preset has a number (01-16) and a sub-
number (01-32) for each function type – functions include audio routes, video
routes, digital routes, A/V/D routes, volume settings and sensitivity settings. When
a preset is run, all the routes (function type sub-numbers) are executed by the
matrix. Each A/V/D output can be changed in a single preset.
The following is a sample layout of a preset. The command to set this is to the
right.
Preset No 1:
audio sub-no:1 audio 01 to 01 (MX00Z2601010101)
audio sub-no:2 audio 02 to 05 (MX00Z2601020205)
audio sub-no:3 audio 04 to 01 (MX00Z2601030401)
video sub-no:1 video 01 to 01 (MX00Z3201010101)
video sub-no:2 video 02 to 08 (MX00Z3201020208)
video sub-no:3 video 03 to 07 (MX00Z3201030307)
When preset number 1 is run, the SVS-88 will route the audio and video as shown
above.
Any preset sub-number route can be deleted without affecting the other preset
routes by using the appropriate “clear preset” command.
