Limited Lifetime Warranty

Chantal warrants that the Induction 21

stainless steel cookware will have no defects in material or

manufacture that will render them unserviceable for the duration of the rst user’s ownership, beginning on the

date of purchase by the rst user.

For warranty coverage, you must present your receipt to prove date of purchase.

This warranty does NOT cover (1) ceramic coatings, (2) ordinary wear and tear (such as scratches, pits,

dents or stains to the body of the pot, external or internal surfaces that do not impair the functional utility of

the product), (3) impact damage or breakage, (4) heat discoloration, minor imperfections and slight color

variations in the metals or glass, which are a normal part of the craftsmanship, (5) extreme temperature

changes (such as, pre-heating cookware empty, letting liquids boil dry, heating over recommended maximum

temperature and resulting damage to the pot, lid and/or other property), (6) improper cleaning methods

causing scratches, or (7) other misuse.

Failure to follow the accompanying Use and Care instructions or use of the product in commercial applications

will void this warranty.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, THAT APPLY TO ANY PARTS OF THE

COOKWARE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES GIVEN ABOVE FOR THOSE

SAME PARTS. CHANTAL DISCLAIMS THOSE WARRANTIES THEREAFTER. Some States do not allow limitations on how

long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Your remedy for breach of this warranty is replacement of the pot. If your returned pan is covered by this

warranty, you will not be charged for shipping and handling. If, however, your returned pan is not covered by

this warranty, you will be responsible for a shipping and handling fee. This is the exclusive and sole remedy for

any breach of warranty.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CHANTAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING

DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or

consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Chantal Corp. reserves the right to make changes and improvements in design without making changes to

previously manufactured items.
