PVC Schedule 80 Installation
>> Cure Times
Minimum Cure Time to Test at 180 PSI
Cure times shown are sufficient to complete
a hydrostatic test at 100 PSI with 60%
humidity and cold water. Full cure may take
significantly longer.
Cure times are a function of air temperature,
water temperature, humidity and pipe size.
Increase the cure time for more demanding
conditions. For more specific information,
contact the cement manufacturer.

• Do NOT air test.

chemical compatibility.
• UV sensitivity.
• Do NOT install permanently in direct
sunlight without painting with water-based
latex paint, or covering with insulation.
