ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
3 LIGHT VANITY
OPTION 1: Mount with glass shades facing down. OPTION 2: Mount with glass shades facing up.
1. Carefully unpack and identify each part to make sure you have everything ready for installation. Lay out each
part on a clean flat area such as a table or the floor.
2. Shut down the main electrical supply from the fuse box or circuit breaker in your house or building.
3. Unscrew the four support screws (short) from the bracket plate, remove the bracket plate from the fixture body
and keep the support screws (short) for later use.
4. Place the flat side of the bracket plate against the wall and mark the location of the two key holes with a pencil.
Drill a small hole on each mark and push the plastic anchors into the wall using a hammer.
5. Fasten the bracket plate onto the outlet box using the two outlet box screws (long).
6. Place the two wood screws in the key holes located on the bracket plate and tighten until fully secured.
7. Connect the wires from the fixture to the power supply wires from the outlet box and cover with the wire
connector.
A. Twist together the black wire from the fixture with the black wire from the outlet box. Cover with the wire
connector.
B. Twist together the white wire from the fixture with the white wire from the outlet box. Cover with the wire
connector.
C. Loop the bare copper ground wire from the fixture body under the head of the green screw on the mounting
bracket, then connect it to the ground conductor from the supply circuit and cover with the wire connector.
8. Carefully position all wirings inside the outlet box.
9. Place the fixture body over the bracket plate and align the holes on the fixture body with the holes on the
bracket plate, then secure with the four support screws (short).
10. Unscrew the socket rings from each socket. Place the glass shades on the sockets and secure the socket rings
using the socket ring key.
Note: The shades on this fixture can be installed facing up or facing down.
11. Install the bulbs (not included) to each socket on the fixture body. Use three Max 60W candelabra base type
"B" bulbs or Max 9W candelabra base self-ballasted LED bulbs.
12. Turn on the electrical power in your house or building to test the lamp. Save these instructions for future use.
Cleaning
● Use only a soft cloth to dust and clean your new lamp.
● Do not use any chemicals, polishes or abrasives.
Warning:
Do not immerse your lamp in water; doing so will damage the wiring.
