CARE and MAINTENANCE Perhaps the greatest environmental damage to wood furniture comes from wide swings in relative humidity (RH) in our homes. Wood absorbs and desorbs water as relative humidity rises and falls, and in doing so it swells and shrinks. Making matters worse, it expands and contracts unequally along different grain directions.

ASSEMBLY STEP 1 Front / Avant CR Front / Avant Front / Avant 3 CL B 2 1. Insert Dowels 3 into pre-drilled holes of Bottom Shelf B . 2. Use rubber mallet to tap Dowels 3 into bottom of holes securely. 1/2 length of Dowels should be exposed. 3. Attach Cam Lock Pins 2 to the Sides CL , CR using guide holes. 4. Align Dowels 3 on Bottom Shelf B with pre-drilled holes on Sides CL , CR . 5. Align and insert Cam Lock Pins 2 into pre-drilled holes on Bottom Shelf B . 6.
ASSEMBLY STEP 3 3 2 1 A CL Front / Avant Front / Avant 4 B Front / Avant Front / Avant E CR 1. Insert 2 Dowels 3 into top corners of each Side CL , CR . 2. Use rubber mallet to tap Dowels 3 into bottom of holes securely. 1/2 length of Dowels should be exposed. 3. Attach 3 Cam Lock Pins 2 to middle Top A . 4. Align Cam Lock Pins with pre-drilled holes and attach Centre Support E . 5. Align pre-drilled holes on bottom corners of Top A with Dowels 3 in Sides CL , CR . 6.
ASSEMBLY STEP 4 A Fro nt / Ava nt 10 5 CL CR FR Fron t/A van t E FL Fron t/A van t Fro nt / Ava nt B 5 10 6 9 1. Attach hings on Doors FL , FR to Sides CL , CR using Phillips Screws 6 . 2. Attach Magnet Plates 10 to bottom corner of Doors FL , FR using Phillips Screws 5 into guide holes on Doors FL , FR . 3. Attach Magnet 10 using Phillips Screws 5 into guide holes on Bottom Shelf B . 4. Use a Phillips screwdriver to attach Handles 9 to Doors FL , FR .
ASSEMBLY STEP 5 Fro nt / Ava nt GL 7 GR Fron t/A van t 1. Attach Back Panels GL , GR to back of cabinet using Phillips Screws Round Head 7 into pre-drilled holes. 2. Use Phillips screwdriver to tighten screws. STEP 6 D D 8 D D 1. Use Shelf Supports 8 for each Shelf D in desired location. 2. 2 Shelf Supports 8 may be used on back top of each shelf D as a tipping restraint.
FURNITURE TIP OVER RESTRAINT ASSEMBLY WARNING Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. If the furniture tip over restraint kit is not in the box, please contact our customer service department in order to obtain another kit before using the furniture. STEP 7 NOTE: The screwdriver is not included in the hardware pack.
FURNITURE TIP OVER RESTRAINT ASSEMBLY Furniture Tip Over Restraint Instructions: 1. Attach one of the mounting brackets securely to the back edge of the furniture. Use the shorter screw. 2. Determine where furniture is to be placed and mark location on the wall for mounting bracket screw hole approximately 2 inches below the bracket mounted to the furniture. x 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Drill a 3/16 inch hole in the wall.
