SAFETY PRECAUTION

ASSEMBLY PREPARATION

1. Remove all packaging materials, staples and packing straps from the carton.

2. Refer to Parts List and Hardware List, and ensure parts and hardware are complete before assembly.

3. Contact customer service for missing parts.

4. Place all wooden parts on a clean, ﬂat and soft surface (e.g. carpet or rug) to prevent parts from getting scratched.

TIPS FOR ASSEMBLY

1. Allow ample room for assembly and in close proximity to where product will be placed.

2. Assemble the product on a surface that does not scratch or damage the exterior gloss and ﬁnish of the furniture.

3. Identify all of the parts, hardware and quantities required for each step.

4. During assembly, do not over-tighten any ﬁttings as this may cause damage.

5. DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS TO ASSEMBLE THIS PRODUCT.

6. Always place the product on a ﬂat, level surface.

7. Do not sit or stand on the partially assembled product; only use the product for which it is intended.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the product. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaning material.

• Check all the ﬁttings periodically and re-tighten as necessary. Do not use the product if any of the parts is

damaged or broken.

• Never allow any kind of liquid to remain on your furniture. Absorption can cause wood to warp or delaminate.

• Do not place hot items (e.g. hot drinks) directly onto the wood surface.

• Do not drag and/or pull the furniture.

This product is for indoor and household use only - not for commercial use.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CAM-BOLT & CAM-LOCK Tools Required CAM-LOCK CAM-BOLT INSERTING AND TIGHTENING CAM-BOLT X SHOULDER Place Cam-bolt on pre-drilled hole and screw in vertically Shoulder is flushed (on the same level) with the panel. Shoulder is above the panel. Place Cam-bolt on the designated pre-drilled holes on the panel. Use a Phillips Screwdriver to screw-in Cam-bolt vertically until shoulder is flushed (on the same level) with panel.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Side Cabinet STEP 1 - ASSEMBLE LEG TO BOTTOM PANEL (4A) (4B) (4A) (4B) (4A) (4B) (4A) (4B) a) Insert Wood Dowel (1) into designated hole on each Leg (B). Use a mallet to lightly tap in wood dowel if necessary. b) Attach Bottom Panel (A) to (B) via wood dowel on each leg, and use Bolt (4A) fitted with Flat Washer (4B) to fasten each leg to Bottom Panel. Use Allen Key (10) to drive the bolt and tighten completely.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Side Cabinet STEP 3 - ASSEMBLE BOTTOM PANEL TO SIDE PANELS a) Insert Wood Dowel (1) into middle two holes on the bottom edge of Side Panels (C & D), and attach Bottom Panel (A) to (C & D) b) Use Bolt (4A) fitted with Flat Washer (4B) to fasten each leg to Bottom Panel. Use Allen Key (10) to drive (4B). Do not tighten the bolts completely until all 4 bolts are in place. c) Position the assembly right-side up.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Side Cabinet STEP 4 - ASSEMBLE TOP PANEL TO SIDE PANELS a) b) c) d) e) Insert Wood Dowel (1) into the 2 inner holes at the top edge of Side Panels (C & D). On the bottom side of Top Panel (F), screw in Cam-bolt (2A) into the outer 2 holes. Attach (F) to (C & D) via wood dowels and cam-bolts. Insert Cam-lock (2B) into designated holes on (C & D), then turn clockwise to lock onto cam-bolts. Use Velvet Hole Cover (3) to conceal cam-locks.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Side Cabinet STEP 5 - ASSEMBLE BACK PANEL. Note: For illustrative purpose, the assembly of the Back Panel is shown with the unit placed in an upright position. It is easier to assemble the Back Panel with the front of the unit placed flat down (on a material that does not scratch the front edges if the unit.) a) Following the screw layout on Back Panel (H), use Screw (9) to fasten (H) to back edge of the Side, Top and Bottom Panel.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Side Cabinet STEP 6 - ASSEMBLE DOOR AND ACCESSORIES a) Place door wing of Hinge (7A) against the side of door (refer to enlarged drawing) and align the screw holes on door wing to pilot holes on door. b) Use a Phillips Screwdriver to drive Screw (7B) to fasten door wing of hinge to door. Do not tighten the screw completely until all 4 screws on each door wing are in place.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Side Cabinet STEP 7 - SECURE THE CABINET a) b) c) d) Select the location to place the cabinet. Drill a hole in the wall that would fit Anchor (11C) snugly. Push in or use a mallet to lightly tap in the Anchor. Ensure that the anchor fits securely in the wall. Use Screw (11D) fitted with Washer (11E) to screw through Strap (11B) to screw into Anchor. Drill a hole on the wall (11C) (11E) (11D) The assembly of the Side Cabinet is complete.
