Accurate measurement posture
Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
If the position of the wrist is different from the height of the heart, the blood pressure results change due to the
weight of the blood itself. The results show that when the wrist position is higher than the heart, the blood pressure
value is lowered and vice versa. A change of 8 mmHg per 4 inch occurs.
However, since the blood pressure result is also affected by the measurement posture, it does not necessarily
follow this exact result.
Clench your fist lightly and hold your arm in a position of the blood pressure monitor level is as the same as your
heart.
