Troubleshooting Guide
Symptom Cause(s) Action(s)
Unit powers up but it
generates no haze
Hazer is still cold
Wait until hazer is ready to operate
Wrong fluid
Clean the hazer and use approved fluid
Lack of fluid
Follow the fluid replenishment procedure
Faulty pump
Send unit for repair
Haze comes out but it is
too thick/thin
Erroneous haze volume adjustment
Adjust haze volume as explained
Wrong fluid
Clean the hazer and use approved fluid
Faulty pump
Send unit for repair
Circuit breaker/fuse
keeps tripping/blowing
Excessive circuit load
Reduce total load placed on the electrical circuit
