9.6.2 Slice Profile
The 2D slice (#1 in Figure 70) is the basic reconstructed unit, representing the distances
from capsule center to colon wall. For additional information and background on
reconstruction process see DOC001212 C-Scan

The slice profile view (see Figure 71) displays a 2D cross section of the reconstructed colon,
the current slice marked in the XRF/CMT map.

Default display shows smoothed XRF and CMT slices (#1 in Figure 71), surrounding
capsule illustration (#2 in Figure 71).
Inward bump in XRF is highlighted in red (see Figure 72).
