Connect the equipment to an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver
is connected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Problem Action
The PC fails to start.
1. Make sure that your computer is switched ON and all the components
receive power.
2. Make sure that all the cables are firmly connected to their respective ports.
3. Make sure that the cables are not damaged or frayed.
4. Try to start the PC.
If the above fails to resolve the problem, contact customer support.
A specific key does not work
or sticks.
1. Turn OFF the PC.
2. Using a can of compressed air, clean around the problem key.
3. Retest the keyboard.
The keyboard does not
respond.
1. Disconnect the keyboard USB cable and then reconnect in the USB port.
Test the keyboard.
2. If the keyboard still does not respond, try the keyboard USB cable in
another USB port on the computer.
3. If the keyboard still does not respond, in the C-Scan
®
View software
application shut the PC down using the mouse.
4. Restart the PC and check whether the problem persists.
If the above steps fail to resolve the problem, contact customer support.
The mouse does not respond.
1. Make sure that the surface you are using has enough of a pattern in it so
that the mouse can see it. A mouse pad is best. (The mouse senses
movement by reflections. It is harder for the mouse to sense movement on a
uniform surface.)
2. Make sure that the opening on the bottom of the mouse is clean.
3. Disconnect the mouse USB cable and reconnect it in the USB port. Test the
mouse.
4. If the mouse still does not respond, try the mouse USB in another USB port
on the computer.
5. If the mouse still does not respond, perform hard shutdown of the PC and
check whether the problem persists.
If the above steps fail to resolve the problem, contact customer support.

View does not
respond or crashes.
Perform hard shutdown of the PC. If this fails to resolve the problem, contact
customer support.
Bluescreen error.
Perform hard shutdown of the PC. If this fails to resolve the problem, contact
