Reviewthefollowingsuggestionstotroubleshoot:
Q: Issomeonecarryingtaggedmerchandisenearthesystem?
Aretheretagsortaggedmerchandisewithinsixfeetofthe
system?
A: Checkbehindthecounters,insideboxes,etc.
Q: Arecoiledwireorcordsnearthesystem(carpetshampooers,
extensioncords,etc.)?
A: Removethematerialandmonitorthepedestalstoseeifthis
fixestheissue.
Q: Aredisplayracksinthevicinityloose,closetoortouchingthe
pedestals?
A: Doorhandlesandcartguardsshouldbeinsulatedfromthe
doorframebyinsertingrubbergaskets.Ifthereisan
excessivelylooseorricketydisplaynearby,moveitatleastsix
feetawayfromthesystem.
Ifthephantomalarmscontinue,turnoffthesystemforaperiodoftime,uptoonehour,
andthenturnitonagain.Thisshouldallowanyinterferencetoclear.Pleaseref ertothe
