Theenvironmentinwhichthesystemisinstalledisafactortobetakenintoconsideration
forpeakperformance.Thissectionexplainshowthebestresultsareachieved.Theremay
beinterferencefrommetalitemsneartheantennaorelectricalactivity,whichcancreate
'noise'forthesystem.Beforeinstallation,thisistakenintoconsiderationandthesystemor
environmentisadjustedaccordingly.Itiscommonforstorestomakechangestothe
environment,whichmayaffectthesystemnegativelyifarulebelowisviolated.
Thefollowinglistshouldbeconsideredtopreventapossiblereductionofthesystems
sensitivity:
Thesystemsusedinstoresatpresentareeither‘swept’,‘pulse’,or360° pulselistenRF
technology.
Ifproposedrenovationsarelikelytoaffectthesystem,pleasecontactCheckpointfor
additionaladvice.
PleaseNote:Noplasmascreenmonitorsshouldbefittedwithin11–13feetofanyantenna,in
eitherthehorizontalorverticalplane.Thiswillcausesysteminterference.
