Instructions for Use:
Wash both pans thoroughly with warm water & soap before initial use.1.
WHEN MAKING BOWL SHAPE: The pan should be placed down on the 2.
counter for prepping with the six cavities facing upwards towards you.
We refer to this as SIDE 1.
WHEN MAKING FILLING: The pan should be placed upside down with 3.
the inside of the cavities facing towards you. We refer to this as SIDE 2.
Generously coat each cavity, depending on which side you are using, 4.
with non-stick spray prior to use for quicker release.
Pre5. -heat oven according to your recipe –for bacon bowls we
recommend 375ͦF.
Place raw bacon strips around the cavity, folding them over each other 6.
so the cavity is fully covered. Repeat for each cavity.
Baking time should follow your recipe 7. –for bacon bowls we
recommend cooking for about 20-22 minutes.
Note: all bacon is not the same. Some brands have more fat or
meat than others. Baking outcome may vary based on type of bacon.
Once bacon is fully cooked, use oven mitts to carefully remove the 8.
entire pan from the oven and place on a solid, heat-safe surface area.
Note: When removing pan from oven be sure to carry with two hands
level to prevent grease from spilling.
Allow bacon to cool slightly and let all excess grease drain off bacon to 9.

To remove bacon bowls, gently pull each bacon bowl upwards 10.
removing it from the cavity and place the bowl on a paper towel.
Allow collected grease to cool completely in pan before disposal.11.
Flip each cooked bacon bowl over so that the inside of the bowl is 12.
facing you & fill bowl with anything you’d like (cooked scrambled eggs,
vegetables, etc.)

Bacon Bowl Bottom (SIDE 1):
Ingredients:
12 slices of regular bacon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ͦF. Cut 6 slices of bacon in half and place them in a crisscross
pattern over each cavity. Then wrap one whole slice of bacon around the entire
circumference until completely covered and stretch from top to bottom of each
cavity to form a bowl. Bake for 20-22 minutes until bacon is cooked and lightly
crisp. Remove Bacon Bowl Pan carefully from oven and remove bacon
bowls. Let stand on paper towels for a few minutes before serving.
Broccoli and White Cheddar Cheese Filling (SIDE 2):
Ingredients:
4 large Eggs
4 oz. whole milk
1/2 cup broccoli (diced)
1/2 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ͦF. Spray inside of each mold with butter or olive oil pam.
Add 1/4 cup of egg batter per mold and evenly divide your broccoli and cheese
into each mold. Cook on the middle rack for 13 - 15 minutes. Remove from oven
and let sit for 3-4 minutes. Add an omelet filling to each bacon bowl and enjoy!
